Ellipse Multimedia Design Process
- You should take a great amount of time thinking about what you want to accomplish with your design project, take into consideration any special effects or functionality you would like to achieve before contacting us, you will save yourself time and money. Projects are typically priced based on number of colors, complex shapes, and additional details you may require.
- When you know exactly what you want to achieve with your project, call or fill out our online contact form and we will get a basic quote sent to you. It is critical you be as detailed as possible when submitting your ideas to us, as we may have questions to help us clarify exactly what you would like to do with your project and we will express those questions before quoting your project.
- An agreement will made on the project details, timeline, and price, and then a Design Contract will be drafted for your review.
- Once the Design Contract is agreed upon, you will be required to sign and mail it back to us with a start-up deposit of 50% of the contract price. Once your deposit is received you will be provided with an electronic copy of the fully executed contract along with a receipt for your start-up deposit and project start date. At that point you will be required to submit your color scheme, logos/photos, and any special content you wish to use before concept design begins.
- Depending on your package options you will be sent a number of design concepts to choose from. In most cases, design concepts can be delivered within 5-10 business days from the starting date of your project. After you decide on which initial concept you would like to use, we will continue to modify it to your specifications until the desired final look is achieved. All projects are scheduled in the order they are received, however your project can be expedited for an additional fee.
- The remainder of your balance will be due at project completion before your master files are delivered to you, or your website is published. Once we receive your payment you will be sent a final/paid in full receipt via e-mail and your master files will be mailed to you on CD-ROM.
- Minor adjustments and fixes are included for no charge for up to two weeks after your project is completed, any major revisions may require an additional charge.
